  I went there to have the battery checked in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler! The General Manager, Howard, was so helpful. He tested my battery and alternator, and realized my battery was shot. He then spent over 40 minutes wrestling to get my old battery out of my jeep and it was HOT. He never complained and finally wrestled it out and was able to put the new battery in! Thank you so much Howard!!! We appreciate you and your great Customer Service!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Mason and his female colleague at Advanced Auto Parts (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) for going above and beyond the call of duty.. They didn’t just help me with a car issue, they took the time to genuinely care and make sure I was able to get my sister’s car back up and running. The level of patience, knowledge, and kindness they showed was something you don’t see every day.. People like Mason are the reason I still believe in the good of humanity. His willingness to help, his positive attitude, and the way he treated me like a person instead of just another customer says a lot about his character.. Someone raised him right.. Advanced Auto Parts should be proud to have employees like Mason and his colleague representing their company. They are a true example of what customer service should be, and I’m grateful for the time and effort they put in to help my family.. Thank you both for everything you did. You made a stressful situation a whole lot easier, and your kindness will not be forgotten..

  A very special shout out and THANK YOU to mason and crew working tonight for helping my husband jump my sisters car. It was thundering out and mason went above and beyond to help my family and I am so very grateful! Mason deserves a raise and a promotion!

  They have what you need and are very helpful. Order online and pick up in store for the best deals. The staff here always are helping people do small things on their vehicles and also let you dispose of used oil.
