  Dropped off the package here last week. The status says "RFID confirmed pickup," yet it was never scanned at the UPS sorting facility. It appears staff failed to load it onto the transport truck, and the package is missing (or someone just stole my package). Very concerning experience—proceed with caution when dropping off items here.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I brought a prepaid shipping label and specifically asked the staff to attach it to my package. Instead, they used a completely different tracking number and failed to follow the instructions I provided. When I discovered the issue, the staff refused to take responsibility for their mistake and showed little interest in helping resolve the problem. As a result, my package was not delivered to the intended destination, causing financial loss, unnecessary stress, and significant inconvenience. What is even more frustrating is that the store could not provide a reasonable explanation for what happened and made no meaningful effort to correct the situation. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to acknowledge them or assist the customer afterward is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this location for shipping services. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of a serious shipping error make this a place I cannot recommend.
