  Came in today for wiper blades on this very rainy day and The manager John was extremely helpful and finding the right wipers and as I was outside, attempting to put the new ones on, he noticed me struggling and came out without me asking and assisted me the whole time putting on these new over-complicated wipers and while getting rained on. . after that’s finally done, the battery has died.. 🫣 John got a jump starter and saved my life again! I’m Really impressed with the quality of customer service he extended to me he was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. This is THE Auto repair shop in the area and will definitely be recommending two friends and family .special Thanks again to the manager john!

  A+ Experience Posting this in January 2026. I originally purchased an alternator in March 2025 from my local CarQuest at the intersection of Robious Road and Midlothian Turnpike. Fast forward to January 2026—while on a business trip, the alternator failed unexpectedly. I had to purchase another alternator (including the core charge) and have it installed on the spot. When I returned home, I brought the core back to CarQuest. The team quickly looked up my purchase history, acknowledged the situation, and apologized for the inconvenience. They fully stood behind their warranty and made things right without hesitation. As of today, this company truly backs what it sells. I highly recommend CarQuest for all your automotive needs. What started as an A+ experience has officially been upgraded to A++.
