    Purchased a $300 part online which ended up being incorrect. My mechanic came here to exchange it and Darius told him it could only be returned and credited to the card used for purchase. We specifically asked if it could go to store credit and then used for the correct part. He said no. So we returned the wrong one and I purchased another on my credit card. Soon after, I get an email saying the original purchase was credited to a gift card. So I call, and Darius immediately refers me to call corporate. No apology. No attempt at a solution. Just dismissed as not his problem. So I asked for a manager and he implied he was the manager, but of course after pushback I was told the manager would be back in tomorrow. This is ridiculous to tie up someone's money and then not give a damn. Do better. Update... Store manager, Odgen (forgive my spelling), was able to get the problem resolved. Literally woke up to the refund on my card. Although I could have called into corporate and gotten the same outcome, I despise calling customer service lines and greatly appreciate not having to since this wasn't my error. Still disappointed with the service from Darius, but rating adjusted.

    Ernesto was so helpful when I had battery issues! I appreciate him coming out and helping on a hot afternoon when my car was struggling to start. He ran a few computer tests and took a look at the battery and was able to figure out what was causing my issues. Hope I don’t have to come back in too soon, but if I need to replace it I’ll be back here!

    Bought a battery from advance a couple of years ago and it quit working on me. It was still under warranty, and the guy was very helpful and quick about testing it and replacing it. Friendly service thank you!!

    From my bad experience I can tell you, do not buy anything here, go to autozone it is better and in any problem they will help solve it
