  I placed an order on the app & went to pick it up. They gave me the wrong wings with the correct order sticker on the box.

  Everytime I go into this store, “the system is down.” Orders can only be placed online. I’m starting to believe the people here don’t want to work.

  I walk in to place an order and lady said i cant place an order i have to go online and order through the website , last time wingstop will ever get my business smh

  The restaurant was completely packed with people waiting on orders. The young lady at the register was very polite and did her job well. While I was standing at the door waiting on my food an employee dropped a entire, unwrapped sleeve of cups on the floor. The manager, who is a white lady, looked at him and told him to use them anyway because they are short on cups. Very disturbing to hear a manager say that... but hey.. I didn't order a drink so... The food was okay but I could make better chicken at home and I am far from a chef. The cup thing done it for me... No thanks!!!
