  What’s going on here? Has the management changed? I ordered a classic combo today, garlic parm and lemon pepper. Instead I got garlic parm and some other flavor that was too hot to even try. The fries…what’s going on with the fries? Are they not fresh cut fries anymore? These are frozen fries with no seasoning….you can tell the difference.

  I ordered bbq chicken and when I got home I realized they put plain chicken instead of the bbq chicken in my bag. I didn’t make a big deal about it and ate it anyways, but then the following morning I got really bad food poisoning that I’m still recovering from 4 days later. So I will not eat here again.

  Ordered food and waited about 30 minutes before being told that the food hadn’t yet been made yet because they were out of a sauce. Instead informing us that the sauce was out, they waited until being asked about the status of the food. When asked for a refund, the manager on duty didn’t know how to issue a refund and we ended up waiting another 15 minutes before just leaving with no refund or food. No staff member apologized.

  Place is ok, food is NEVER up to par! If you get it delivered, it's even worse! Never received my drink ether, on two occasions. Horrible service in multiple ways.

  Wings are smaller than usual, I know wing shortage. Should drop the price or put extra in if it's smaller wings. Vegetables was not fresh.
