I just left from this location and had two pairs of shoes with one label. The lady at the counter told me with an attitude that I needed to take both of my shoes out of my Amazon box and put them in this plastic bag and somehow use 1 label to secure both of them. I ended up putting them back in my original Amazon box because that didn’t make a lick of sense, I took a picture of it just in case.
The UPS Store on Tidewater Dr, is very unprofessional and irresponsible for the loss of peoples packages. I had a radiator for my 2005 Toyota Camry delivered to my Box, at this location. The radiator was delivered on 05/30/2026. Now they know that one of the drivers stole the box, he never returned it to the store or the lost and found. The so called new driver took my part as a out going delivery. That shouldn't be possible because they have to scan packages on their truck, I don't care how new you are that's the policy. So how could a already delivered package get rescanned to go out for delivery. It's now 06/05/2026. My has been sitting over a week because of this. I've lost money, missed work, this has caused such an inconvenience in my life. For the past week I've been getting the same story. They won't give me any other point of contact, so I can file a complaint with the owner or the corporate office. They way this whole situation is being handled is very unprofessional. The manager Chris wasn't much help at all, with getting this resolved. It's been multiple contacts of oh, I need my owner, and I'll call back with no call back, it's been 3 days and he can't reach the owner. Maybe the store needs a new owner, new management and new drivers because this is ridiculous.

Quick, friendly, helpful, efficient service. Parking is very tight, but I found a spot 10 yards away in the next parking lot.
Well I am a frequent customer of UPS stores across the country and have generally been very satisfied with the brand the service at this particular store has declined significantly. During my recent visit I was the only customer in the store as you can see from my photos. An associate began walking toward me but when the phone rang he turned around and took the call in the back room without a greeting or any acknowledgment of my presence. I waited for 5 minutes before a second associate appeared. This individual assisted me with my package but acted as if my presence was an interruption. Due to this experience I plan to use other UPS locations in the area for my future shipping needs.
This UPS used to have the friendliest staff... Quick and happy!
Now I feel like I'm bothering them when I go in. They push you to use the self-serve, but won't help if you have trouble. Then you're back in the line. Staff goes on break while you're waitingin line. Why are they all so sad with their job?
