  Rose was a pleasure to work with I had to ship a piece of luggage and she made the process seamless. Her customer service and work ethic was superb. I had to come back the next day and ship more items and she opened up on time which I was glad because I had to fly out an hour later. Thank you Rose you are an asset to the UPS store.

  I go to this store often, I love how easy it is to complete Amazon returns at the kiosk. I had a bit more complicated task to complete today and Rose and Shah were both very helpful, quick, and kind!

  This UPS store had exceptional customer service. The gentleman I worked with handled my many packages with expertise and efficiency. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and was glad I stepped in, as I was frantically looking for a place to get my packages out quickly. I highly recommend this specific UPS store above others.

  Rose was exceptional! I had A LOT of returns, around 15-20 boxes and she handled it like a pro! A smile on her face the whole time, bouncing between me and some other customers coming in with ease, making sure no one was waiting for too long. This is the place to go to get returns done in a timely manner, especially if Rose is on the job!

  I value the fast and reliable service that UPS stores provide, and this store is no exception. The facility is consistently clean, and the staff are both professional and helpful. I appreciate that they offer a full range of shipping, mail, and printing services, along with a great selection of supplies. Additionally, the operating hours are much more convenient than other locations in the area. This has quickly become my preferred UPS store.
