  Terrible service. Spent $190 to ship a seabag to california and gets lost. No one reaches out. Claim was filed now customer service making me jump through hoops to get with the store to get my refund and claim but store is complete unprofessional saying theyll let their manager know but still no contact whatsoever. Only a sailor tying to get his damn clothing back form a service that clearly sucks!

  This UPS store is great! The customer service is amazing. Every time I come in Tiffany treats me very kindly and always willing to help me.
