  Stay far away from this Subway location. I decided to leave the Navy base after the Subway at the gas station was closed, and unfortunately, this was one of the most unwelcoming and unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. There was no greeting, no “hello,” and absolutely no sense that the employee wanted to provide customer service. I was the only customer at the counter and stood there awkwardly for several minutes waiting while the employee moved at an extremely slow pace. When he finally made my sandwich, it was thrown together very sloppily and was nowhere near the quality I expected. I took one bite and ended up throwing the sandwich in the trash. To make matters worse, the drink machine was broken and wasn’t making ice. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I won’t be returning to this location.

  Ordered for delivery because I’m sick and can’t drive. Got my order and was missing my chips. I called store and he told me I had to come in to get my chips or a refund, he can’t just add it back to my card. I explained I’m sick and I’m not leaving my house. Then he hung up on me.
