  Every time I come to this location the manager goes above and beyond to make sure that my food is made properly. As a person with multiple food allergies, it’s hard to find places that have enough patience to make sure that nothing is cross contamination. This location is also ALWAYS clean.

  The owner of this store is disagreeable to woman. He is overwhelmingly condescending, rude, and demeaning. Today I ordered two subs. I was the only one in the store. I figured today, I would be extra kind to him, courteous, thankful, and wish him blessings. He ignored me entirely, again. You see the sub here? That is supposed to be a meatball sub. It cost me $7.00 after taxes. He purposefully tilted the label to grab two meatballs (just two) without marinara. When I kindly asked for more more marinara, he said "That costs extra." And I said, "But there is no sauce on meatballs". He said, "You don't have to eat."

  I got a chicken teriyaki sub and it was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the best product they could manage. Putting the sub together with care.

  If a customer's order is sitting on the counter completely ready to go and all you have to do is hand it to the customer, then you should just do that instead of making the customer wait 5 minutes for no reason whatsoever. The fact this has to be explained. It's just utterly insane. We live in the Twilight zone.
