  I got a chicken teriyaki sub and it was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the best product they could manage. Putting the sub together with care.

  If a customer's order is sitting on the counter completely ready to go and all you have to do is hand it to the customer, then you should just do that instead of making the customer wait 5 minutes for no reason whatsoever. The fact this has to be explained. It's just utterly insane. We live in the Twilight zone.
