I’ve had some really bad experiences at this subway, but I was in there the other day and that’s why I’m here today making this review. I actually stopped going in there because the customer service was trash and I hate to say that because there’s a lot of good folks working there I’m sure, but it just seems like lack of training but anyway I had no choice. I had to eat there the other day. I didn’t feel like going anywhere else and it was the closest place expecting to have another terrible experience. I was greatly surprised there’s a young lady working in there that I’ve never seen before I couldn’t believe how polite she greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door she even said welcome to Subway, which was very unusual because that had never happened there before there was a few people in line and I couldn’t believe how helpful she was answering questions. They were asking her so when it was my time, I told the young lady what I wanted, she made my sandwich and I realized that I may have told her wrong. So I asked her could she remake the sandwich? She actually smiled at me and said absolutely sir. It’s not a problem. Let’s start over fresh I couldn’t believe it if this would’ve happened before they would’ve been pissed this was actually a sandwich for my wife, so I wanted to make sure it was dead on what she wants so we backed up and started it over. She was super generous. I kept telling her I was sorry that this was my fault and she said absolutely not. Don’t worry about it. We are here to help and to serve you the best that we can.WOWOWOW. So she faked my sandwich. She actually checked me out as well, and I asked her what her name was that I was going to talk to a manager to let them know that they made the right decision by hiring this young lady this place could be so much better if all of their customer service was like this I really could not believe it and I will be back. It was a very good experience. I believe the girls’s name was HAVEN. She couldn’t have been there long or if she has been, I’ve just never seen her, but that’s the kind of service you want polite kind willing to just smile and make sure her customers were happy and satisfied I’ve told three or four friends about it. They’re gonna start going in there as well and they have stopped going there because of the customer service as well. I really hope she sticks around. She could make a great addition to the higher up subway management that’s how you’re supposed to run a restaurant
