    Poor Customer service. I place my orders online and wanted mayo packets to put the sandwiches. They only gave me 2 packets for each sandwiches, which I feel was not enough. I asked could I get few more packets, the staff told me no. Why is there a limit on mayo packets. Improve on better service.

    DO NOT order here using the app. You will not get your order and when you contact them the man will tell you call door dash and door dash will tell you call subway you will pay for your food and then door dash will refund the store and you won’t get your money back from the store because they will not return your calls emails online requests or anything. Your number will also get blocked. So they will get paid 2x once by you and double the money by getting a refund from door dash when you call them about not getting your order. The man said it’s a me problem or door dash problem he won’t refund me because he made the food. He was soo rude door dash was no help I was literally given a number to call that literally only gives your prompts to use the website

    I had a turkey sandwich and I’m sure it gave me food poisoning. I was vomiting and everything. My daughter had the meatball sub and she says the meatballs tasted funny so we just threw it away. The staff was friendly when we picked it up. Everyone seemed to be over 65 not saying that’s a bad thing but then elders are not doing a good job at keeping things fresh. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Subway do better!

    Great experience at this location. There was a small issue with my order, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make things right. Really appreciate the great customer service.
