  I had an amazing experience shopping at Michael Kors! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the store was beautifully organized. Shahad assisted me throughout my visit, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. She offered great recommendations without being pushy and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find these days. I left with exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you, Shahad, for going above and beyond I will definitely be back!

  We received excellent customer service at this store. Sadelle and Jaycenda were able to find the items that I needed get them ordered shipped to my house. Made everything so convenient.

  Went in yesterday to browse. Found a white cooper sling bag that I was interested in. There was another guy nearby browsing as well. An associate comes over acknowledges and greets the other guy. Does a price check for him etc. She doesn’t acknowledge me. I finally approach her asking for a price check on the sling bag. Then I ask if they have a factory wrapped one in the back. There is a brief pause as if she’s contemplating, then says she doesn’t know. I kindly ask if she can check, and she responds with not right now, and if I’m willing to buy the display one if they do not have a wrapped one in the back. I didn’t realize what I was asking was such a heavy lift. I tell her I’m not sure, depends on what you have in the back. She tells me to consider an alternative. I just politely thanked her and left. Purchased the bag online. The in store shopping experience shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth and dealing with lazy employees. I’ll stick with online shopping.
