Nasty Attitude of worker, better if you go to another station
Wow above and beyond! It's been a long time since I've seen somebody go above and beyond their duties at their place of employment. Mary and my driver Derek at the Ellsmere Shipping Center in Norfolk V.A. have done just that. Earlier that day I had missed a very important package. It was very important that I got it on a day that I was supposed to. I Voiced in my concerns to Mary and she got in touch with Derek. between the two of them they made it happen an hour after the shipping center closed. Asking nothing in return Mary kept an eye out for my package and alerted me when my driver got back so that I could pick it up, a very important package. I am just filled with so much gratitude about the thoughtfulness that Mary and Derek had shown to help a customer like me out. My hat is off to you two, may you have a happy and successful career with FedEx. Their customer service is a shining example to anybody who works with customers.

Trash delivery service never on time lazy and lost delivery service and no one speaks clear English at the customer service numbers. I will never use them again.

Driver sent my package back after 1 attempt. Complete laziness.... I hope there is away to discipline him.

The delivery drivers constantly try to deliver my packages to the shop below me and not my house even though there is a sign clearly posted on the shop door stating “All deliveries to other door” with an arrow showing where to go. My house has a ring doorbell on the front and a porch light for the delivery drivers. At this point I’ve had products delivered broken, medications delivered ruined, and this location needs some serious reevaluation on how they’re operating!!
