  I post reviews because I should get my package delivered on time. But dhl. Hold it. Almost week. Why ?????there is 3 reviews I’m posting because I posted before and Google they deleted it ??????????? I had to calll dhl. 70 time before I get answers from them. And. They told me I have to wait. Its worst company ever ups are much better than them more professional

  Should receiving my delivery. On. 12 /5. But. Still 6 days in hold. In side. Norfolk Virginia station. So if you want your package to be delivered in time. Because I think someone work there he stolen it. Don’t deal with them and ask for ups even usps are better and more professional than them

  I wanted to post another review on behalf of our company, Arne Aviation LLC regarding the Norfolk VA DHL Express. We have had to deal with DHL for years now for parts from New Zealand and each time, I dread it because of the poor communication and service. This time was different when I was provided the direct number to the delivering station. Angela Cherry went beyond the call of duty to assist us in getting our shipment in time for an event the next day. Mind you , it was after 4pm on a Friday and the event was scheduled for Saturday morning, she actually took the time to look for our shipment and assist us with picking it up in time. This is the first time EVER, we actually got real assistance from DHL! Thanks again Angela!!

  This is the 1st time ever that someone at DHL actually helped me and our company out! Angela is so amazing she definitely went up and beyond to make sure we got our shipment in time for an event we were having. TBH the 1-800 customer service center sucks and is never any help. I think Angela should train the call center on how to really provide customer service. Thank you so much!
