  If an elderly customer comes into the store for assistance, the representative should not refuse to help or remain on their phone. Please put your phone down and provide the assistance they need. Telling an elderly customer to call Customer Service instead of helping them in person is not appropriate. They deserve patience and proper support while in the store.
