  Seems like every time I come into this Advance auto parts store Cole Drive. They never have things out $3-$4 of everything in here on the shelf I called here since 10 o’clock this morning. Lady told me to call at 1 o’clock instead. I came up here and still they still can’t find a damn sticker call please be patient student driver. No, nobody’s in the store, but they’re not even busy and you can’t put stuff out just lazy. I won’t be coming back here not this one.

  I was traveling from out of town and stopped at this store. I was unsure of the exact piece I needed for my car, and the woman Jessica was able to show me exactly what I needed. She took the time to explain everything. This store is better than the one we have in the town where I live! Thank you!

  The two ladies who helped me purchase a new battery were fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk with. Cheryl Impressed me with her professionalism and attention to detail while installing my battery. Will return next time I need anything for my Tacoma.

  I had excellent customer service from Jessica at Advance Auto Tidewater Drive, Norfolk..I purchased wiper blades and she installed them for me. She was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the correct blades needed for my car and she also installed the coin battery needed for my car key fob. I highly recommend going to Advance Auto Tidewater Drive as they were a big help to me.
