  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop today. I spent a little over $50 on my order, and unfortunately my food was not good at all. I ordered 15 Hot Honey wings and 6 chicken tenders. My food was cold and the 15 chicken wings were not fully cooked. The 15 wing order is supposed to come with large fries but I received a small fry instead. I also ordered two Hot Honey Mustards, but received two regular mustards instead.What makes this even more frustrating is that there were about 10 people working in the kitchen. With that many people back there I don’t understand how orders can still be coming out incorrectly. There was a lot of talking, and it seemed like not enough attention was being paid to the orders.The two guys who normally work during the weekdays always get my orders right. Whenever they’re there, my food is hot, delicious, and prepared correctly. Unfortunately they weren’t working today, and the difference in the quality of my experience was very noticeable.I paid over $50 for a meal that I didn’t even enjoy. My food was cold my order was incorrect and the 15 wings were not properly cooked.I’m very unsatisfied with this visit and hope management addresses what’s happening in the kitchen

  I want to say thank you to the manager who replaced my order even though it took some months to come get it I appreciate Mr manager the chicken well cooked fresh and delicious

  Bought 40 piece family wings, and a long hair came out of the lemon pepper wing, my party got disgusted for it spen $80 on this dinner, come on wing stop

  We went on a Tuesday night, and had such an awesome experience, I had to leave a review! The wings were cooked perfectly, they were done right on time, and after raving about the quality of their ranch because in POPULAR opinion, Wingstop has THE BEST RANCH IN THE BUSINESS, “J” (u know who you are), blessed me with extra in my order! Just 10 out of 10 taste, flavor, & service! TY!!!

  Ordered here yesterday 7/14/26 , for my sons birthday at his request . The 50 wings meal . Said it would be ready at 8:10 pm , we pick up at 8:48 due to celebrating my son . My husband entered wingstop and had to call out in the store for help because no employees were to be found (later found out one was in the bathroom one was out back) our food available for anyone to take .Get home only 30 wings have been sauced they shorted me 4 wings and the free boneless had sauce drizzled on them. Truth of the matter is I would have never picked up an 80.00 order from Hooters or Buffalo wild wings and they give me this mess. Called them the same night the employee said to call back to speak with the manager between 11-4 next day for a full refund . They don’t even answer the phone with pride in where they work at , just a hello not a thank you for calling wing stop or wing stop how can i help you. Talk to the manager and he says they only put a request in for ten wings and a 5 piece boneless and he needs to talk to his employees . When I tell you that this location has completely plummeted into a place of no return . I use to love this location. As chaotic and time consuming the Hampton location is , they at least treat you better and have a way better standard in preparation in our food. I don’t know if this is under new management, just trust me an order from hpt location. Look at what we payed 80 dollars for , you be the judge.
