  The black guy that works here, that wears glasses was very snobbish. He isn’t friendly and he has a terrible attitude. I had a hard time bringing up a bar code to return an item and he seemed to be bothered by it and proceeds to call me out in front of everyone. I couldn’t access the Internet as I went further inside of the store so I had to go to the front of the store to be able to bring up my bar code and it bothered him. He said with an attitude and with a little snicker that I need to take screenshots of stuff before coming in there. I told him I didn’t know I had to do that because at other ups locations I don’t have to. I will never come back here .. he makes this location look bad. He is not welcoming, no where near friendly. He needs to work on his attitude and have some compassion.

  The store is incredibly clean, well-organized, and the staff is both welcoming and highly efficient. It is fantastic to have such a reliable, fast, and convenient spot in the neighborhood—this will definitely be my new go-to.
