  If I wanted a veggie sub, I would’ve ordered one. I’ve honestly never received sandwiches like this before. I’d recommend going to the Big Bethel location or another store instead. On top of that, I had a disappointing interaction with the person who identified themselves as the manager. I simply asked for a refund, but instead of honoring my request, they kept trying to persuade me to have the sandwiches remade. When I returned to the store with the sandwiches, another customer was already frustrated because they had been standing in line without being acknowledged. Between the poor food quality and the customer service, this was not a good experience. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time ordering from this location. I’ll be sticking to the locations I know and trust.
