  The place has nasty people working for them. They(she) act like they hate their job. I wanted to give this place a shot after reading all the negative reviews but nope they were all on point. They don’t pay attention to detail and they act like it’s a problem you show up and you ask questions I would’ve made this place at all costs until they have somebody new at the register.

  This review is for store in 3301 Washington Avenue, 23607. I have been ordering from this store for a few years now and my experience has always been great! The quality of service is outstanding and the personnel working here are always nice. My order has always been on point, no issues over the last 3 years that I have been coming in. This store is usually busy at lunch but the personnel working here are efficient while still maintaining quality. I recommend you give your worker a raise. They are the reason people come back. A lot of people myself included keep ordering knowing that our orders will be made to perfection every time! In times when lunchtime is very limited, knowing that your order will have no issues makes the long walking to get there worth it.

  Worse Subway ever! The male making the sandwich got mad because I didn't do the order of vegetables he wanted. I didn't want to deal with him so I asked if I could have my sandwich. The gut then gets even angry and tells me that I won't get my sandwich. So I head out. As I walk around the building he walks up to me being very aggressive trying to explain why you get this vegetable before this vegetable. Very unprofessional, he should be fired. Don't ever go to this subway!

  1st time visiting in years. Customer service consistently poor. Handwashing debatable. Health Inspector needs to visit.
