  I had ordered a sub and the young man.Unfortunately used the wrong meat.It wasn't his fault but he was corrected in front of a storeful of customers very rudely and told to move it and take it off to another meet.What should have been done?Was he was corrected in private and should have been able to finish what he was doing was rude and disrespectful for the young to the young man for what he was trying to do was job.The store was busy.He was very apologetic, but the manager or whoever helped whoever was in charge was very rude

  If I could rate this place a 0 I would Worse customer service ever I went in there to get a pick up my sandwich I get to the counter the lady proceeds to tell me she put something incorrect on my sandwich one item which was lettuce I said that’s fine don’t worry about it I bite into my sandwich and I’m tasting crunchy things I didn’t ask for at all I call back same lady Awnser the phone very rude unprofessional if you ask me if when I walked in there she was trying to make two sandwich’s at one time if you can’t make one sandwich right at a time why are you trying to make two of you can’t even make one correct doesn’t make sense she was rude when I was speaking with here said oh there was js to many orders that’s why I mines got messed up like that was supposed to help my sandwich I wouldn’t go back sandwich was sloppy and I put together with items I did not ask for I’ll stick to the subway I always go to
