This is the worst FEDEX ever. The lady with the short hair and weird piercings had no clue and was really useless. She didn’t know what she was taking about, had little to no experience and was literally no help to us whatsoever. I honestly could’ve done a better job if I did it online myself. We needed a shipping label emailed to an address and she did not inform us that we needed to also schedule a pick up time so our item could be picked up either ground or express. Of course she didn’t know any of this. It’s been a week and we still do not have our items all because of her incompetence

Slow service, but they are very helpful & attentive. My parcel was delivered with care & on time as promised. It is worth paying more than opposed to UPS or the.postal service. UPS & the post office NEVER deliver on time & damage my boxes 9 times out of 10.

Melody was an absolute gem from the first moment. She was patient and understanding through the process and super helpful the entire time. Made the whole thing a breeze and just an amazing time. Much appreciated and I will be back!
