  Slow service, but they are very helpful & attentive. My parcel was delivered with care & on time as promised. It is worth paying more than opposed to UPS or the.postal service. UPS & the post office NEVER deliver on time & damage my boxes 9 times out of 10.

  Negative stars. The rep was the most rude, insensitive individual I have ever met and I will never, step foot in that store again. I will spend $1000.00 at USPS before I ever give FedEx another dime.

  Worst service ever. I stood there for 15 minutes while employees walked right past me to help other customers. No one communicated what was wrong with my prints or answered my questions; I felt like a ghost. I have no idea how this business is still open. I just had two simple returns and needed two labels printed. All it would have taken was basic communication
