  The woman that helped was really knowledgeable and nice. Five stars for her. She took care of any problems I had. It is a shame the store was nicer. Cricket is an incredible service and second to none. The location leaves little to be desired. The store was bare and looked shoddy.

  Service is hit or miss. Computers are slow so it’s not really their fault if you have to wait a while because of that. Some of the people are really friendly and service oriented, and other employees make it pretty obvious they want you to go away and they just want to go home. Overall I’ve had a pretty good/decent experience, but nothing outstanding.
