  Went to get our battery tested, and Alexander made us never want to go to an AutoZone again. He was incredibly rude, kept talking over us, and when we had a question about the price of the battery (there was a discrepancy between the price online and the price in-store) he said “good luck finding something better”. Just save your time and go elsewhere.

  Ryker provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the extra time to walk me through the store and show me exactly where to find the items I needed. 10/10

  I had a horrible experience Ryker seem pissed off and had a rude demeanor he wasn’t answering my questions . Bad customer service didn’t look professional and smelled like weed and I felt like he was rushing me to get out Ryker needs more training or to be fired he made everyone in that store uncomfortable.

  Came here recently for a standard oil and filter purchase. Easy to find both within the store but do need to scan a qr code and use your phone to find the right filter. Look out for deals to purchase the oil and filter together. The customer service associate that checked me out double checked I had the right filter which was nice. He did not know about the stanley tumbler deal that was listed on the package deal sign but was able to look it up after asking the manager. Personable throughout good customer service. Good location at the corner of Oyster Point/Warwick.
