  I have been going to this Montpelier location for years. I stopped going for awhile, but thought I would try again, Most times something is broken. I went in again this week, it was so hot in the store, hotter than outside.I had no idea the food could be so different, at other locations. I always thought the bread was a little hard and very skimpy on tuna, the onions are like strings. Went into Subway off of Kentucky Springs Road as i was in the area, and found that wow, what a difference, bread so fresh, full scoops of tuna (so I could actually taste it and see it) and big slices of onions. This is a sub. My go to Subway now that I know the difference in how a sub should be done. They were so busy, but not busy enough to get my sub quickly, and so fresh and full of what I asked to be put on it.

  Mobile ordered yesterday and the app said it was ready. I even ran a couple errands just in case. Went it to pick it up and it was just as hot inside the store as it was outside (in the mid 90's) on top of that my order wasn't even started. The guy making my sandwich made it wrong because a coworker off the clock came in to pick up his check and was talking to the guy actually working then the employee off the clock proceeded to go behind the counter and make his other friend a sandwich while he was dripping in sweat and had no hat on.

  Great service and quality from MOD! If store could take online orders via Subway app that would be great!

  I ordered lunch from this subway where DoorDash would provide a delivery. My delivery never arrived so after work I went to this subway and showed them my confirmed payment for my order and the situation that had happened. The workers AND especially the manager were VERY rude and not understanding AT all. The manager had audacity to raise his voice and insisted that I was in the wrong. It was actually the most unprofessional place I think I’ve ever been to. The customer service heavily lacks and the respect was just never there from the beginning. I hate to write these kinds of things but honestly this completely baffled me. Very sad, I do not recommend.
