  The lady working the front, Justine is horrible horribly rude makes you feel bad for even ordering a sandwich. Just yells about how she doesn’t need to know what’s on the sandwich and when she’s done yelling she asks what do you want on the sandwich..

  Had a great experience at the Subway in Moneta, VA! The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made perfectly. Justine was especially outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the visit even better. It's employees like Justine who keep customers coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Contrary to other reviews I’ve found this subway to be great despite being short staffed at times. Wyatt and Justine are both super friendly and helpful.

  I stop in two or three times every week, and the service is consistently great. Justine is often working when I come in, and she’s always friendly, welcoming, and on top of things. The other staff members provide wonderful service as well. The young gentleman that works there is also impressive and moves orders through fast! I haven’t had a single bad experience, and of course, the food keeps me coming back. The only reason for a four star rating on the atmosphere is because...well...it is Subway. I don't go there for the atmosphere.
