  Loved this Subway, thought they all were the same, since I had only been going to one in Montpelier. I was surprised that Kentucky Spring location has really soft bread, lots of cheese baked on the top. Tuna I could see and large fresh onions as well as other toppings. Fast, friendly service even though they stayed busy. Clean and comfortable inside. My go to Subway moving forward, for fresh soft bread and fresh everything.

  Horrible experience. Took forever to get the app to work. When it finally did. The rocket scientist who work there put a ham sub in the bag that was marked Philly Cheesesteak. Needless to say I got the wrong order. So I paid 13 dollars for a 9 dollar sub.

  When I walked in I was greeted by 2 charming young men. Smiles and manners! What a wonderful crew they are even if I bought cookies I did not need. These young men made we want to go back for another sandwich and cookies.

  Kaitlyn has a terrible attitude, there were hardly any selections, and the work station was unkempt. This Subway has went very downhill. How are you out of lettuce??

  I tried ordering online at 9:00 pm. The store was closing at 9:30 pm. The app wouldn’t allow me to order so I called the store to order by phone and the rude man who answered told me ‘ we close at 9:30 and lock the door at 9:25’. I said my husband will be there in 10 minutes, can i order for pick up. He said no I can’t take your order by phone he will have to come into the store and order. They could have been done sooner if he would have taken my order rather than waiting another 10 minutes. He was rude on the phone. Sandwiches were not great and made sloppily. Very disappointed.
