  My daughter and I were so excited to try this as we love great chicken wings. We had never noticed this place tucked over by Kroger. We went there the last day of school May ‘26. There were 4 orders ahead of us. We proceeded to wait. The only ones there. The 4 orders ahead of us played on phones. After 15 minutes, we placed our order. We should have left. The 2 workers present seemed “high” or something. I’m still not sure. 45 minutes later we got our food and left. It was ok but not worth an hour of waiting or the price being charged. We will not be going back.

  Ordered online at this location for the first time 5/22/2026. App said order would be ready in 20mins. When I arrived, the restaurant was extremely under staffed for dinner time. Only 2 employees. 11 other individuals were in the restaurant waiting for their orders as well. Had to wait 40 mins in the restaurant past the ready time provided. Very disappointed as my family enjoys Wing Stop.

  They took my order, charged me, but then said it was too late for service. It took minutes to take my money, but it takes 7 business days to give it back.

  The cashier gave great customer service. He read back my order to make sure it was correct and offered me to survey. Fantastic!
