  Food is never ready, even when ordering ahead. DoorDashers filling drinks has to be a health code violation, especially when there is no sink access due to the keypad on the bathrooms which is absolutely absurd in this area. Corporate, please stop having DoorDashers fill drinks & remove the keypads for the bathroom in areas where it is not necessary. I’ve never seen another chain broadly apply this policy. Chipotle next door does not have a keypad because it makes no sense in Charter Colony.

  I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but the past 3 times I’ve gone have been awful. The food is good but the staff is rude. One time I placed an order and they completely messed it up and didn’t even offer a refund just to come back and get the correct one, which would have been fine if I wasn’t stuck at work all day till after close and it was my dinner. I gave them another chance and when I walked in to get my order I said I have a pickup order for “my name” and the worker yelled back at me FOR WHO, in the rudest tone of voice, all while she had an airpod in her ear - maybe she would have heard me otherwise, also it was the only order sitting on the shelf. The team there has never once been nice to me so I think I’m gonna stop trying. I was really excited to get a wing stop closer to me, but i’ll pass from now on.

  My sister and I have ordered wings via DD before. It’s always been good. But this time we went into this location & Asia did a G R E A T job. our food was cooked well and seasoned/sauced phenomenally. I need this girls schedule so I can come when she’s here. Give her a raise.

  Gregory is the most helpful and amazing employee I have ever dealt with across all businesses! He was super kind and easy to work with, and made my entire year better. I will definitly be returning next time Gregory is working. Give him a raise!!!

  THEY GAVE ME ALL DRUMS FOR MY 10 PIECE. I would’ve been understanding if they had let me know they only got drums, but to just do that is crazy. Also how do you misspell Daniel? Don’t go over here.
