She didn't waste any time when I walked through the door. She greeted me with a hello, then proceeded to say "I can help you with that". I had 2 big boxes to return to Amazon. I didn't have to use the kiosk. Thank you for your service, keep up the good work.

Jennifer was awesome. She took me as soon as I walked in the front door, had a great smile great communication and a really good sense of humor during my visit. She got me straight on a couple things I had incorrect with my returns and got me taken care of and out of the store and back on my way very very quickly. Definitely a wonderful experience with Jennifer today. This she's made this my favorite UPS location.

This UPS store has a wide range of shipping and business services. My reason for shopping here was to obtain notary services for documents that were being shipped from this UPS store.

I have that rating because it can get busy and having only one worker and one kiosk for faster Amazon returns at a time can be hassle. Jennifer did an amazing job with my packages. Overall, everytime I am there staff is very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about service. Thank you!
