  Tried a location we do not normally go to, this was just on the way home for us. I walked in to pick up an online order and was asked if I was picking up. I said yes have them the name and was told they had not started it yet. We ordered an hour ahead of time, i waited 10 minutes and was asked once again what the name on the order was. After the second time I have my name I was told o we dont have that order. Didn't offer to double check just ignored me after that. I will never give this location my business again, save the headache go to a different location.

  Ordered two footlong subs toasted Sunday afternoon. They were 1/2 a step from charcoal. We were very disappointed with both subs. The fillings were good but all we could taste was the very over toasted bread as it shed crumbs everywhere with each bite. We have had many previous fairly positive experiences here so I went out of my way to order here.

  DONT come here. Me and my boyfriend considered eating here, it was only 9:24PM. The worker was cursing at us through the window because we were sitting in the car and were contemplating whether we wanted to eat here or not. He was talking crap to us, throwing his hands in the air and was angry with us for some reason??? We decided not to eat here because of his HORRIBLE attitude. Would never want someone with a horrible attitude making my food.

  I much prefer Sheetz subs, but my wife convinced me to try Subway again after many years. Ordered online. None of the customization directions were followed, the bread was stale, the meat was slimy, and it was drenched in mayonnaise (which shouldn't have even been on the sub). For a place that only sells subs, it's crazy that Subway sandwiches are the worst subs around
