  I've eaten here countless times over the years and it was always pretty decent considering it was in a Walmart, the food was always made to subways exacting standards and while the service was always changing in quality you always got what you asked for and you always got it at a decent speed. Just the other week me and my girlfriend stopped in there to grab some food for a long trip and even though there was only one customer in line ahead of us, it took upwards of 15 minutes just for them to acknowledge us. When they finally did, this lady proceeded to take my order 3 times, not understanding a word I was saying, and then carefully grabbed each individual slice of meat one by one and placed it ever so carefully on the bread, taking the time to adjust each slice so it was folded just so. After about 7 minutes of carefully placing the meat, she asked what type of cheese I wanted in an extremely heavy accent. This procedure took 20 minutes. When she had finally finished preparing my sandwich. Skip ahead to the next time I went. I go back and order a foot long tuna sub. The guy carefully scoops out the meat and scrapes it so it's exactly one scoop, and then only puts 3 scoops on the sandwich. I asked him if he could put another 2 scoops on there and he told me that extra meat was going to cost more and I didn't feel like explaining that it wasn't extra, it was the minimal correct amount for a foot long tuna sub, so I just left. The service is absolutely terrible here and I can't see myself going back until they either get new ownership or rehire all the staff. Don't waste your time or your money trying to get food here. They're either going to skimp you on the ingredients, or they're going to take all day making your sandwich. 0/5 stars.

  Had sub here inside Walmart and people working behind the counter were very friendly and our sandwiches tasted great.

  Worst Subway ever, I purchased a 6 inch Sub and it was the worst sub ever.... And I ask for a courtesy cup of water after spending $8.00 the response was we don't give any courtesy cups of water. The sandwich was so thin and the meat you couldn't even see it, well I said to the restaurant staff how disappointed I was and I will never return to make any more purchases and will let others know the service I received here and now Google knows it too. Everyone reads Google reviews.... I failed to mention that this Subway location is at the Chattanooga plaza location inside the Walmart supercenter in Midlothian VA, if I could give a zero rating I would, I only ✔️ one because there was not a 0....

  The young lady who made my sandwich was an absolute delight… friendly and helpful…. And made a good sandwich….rare to find good service now a days so kudos to her
