  Poor customer service, employee refused to battery i brought from advance 2 years ago that has a 3 year warranty. He stated just buy a new one or take the car home and take the battery out the car and bring it back for them to keep over night . So I had go to a another advance and they tested it and replaced it in 10 minutes

  Called this morning about an aux battery and i was told they would be able to install it today and that they close at 9pm. the website also said they would install. spoke to kevin this afternoon on the phone to confirm and was told they probably could. we show up and the sign says closes at 8pm, the woman wasnt very friendly and repetitively said she couldnt do it when i told her that this morning i was told they could.

  The worst customer service! Needed wiper blade switched due to almost getting into an accident, my car was literally in front of their door. They refused to help me switch the blade and went home with a broken wiper and wrong wiper that was bought, tried to return it and gm refused refund. Went to auto zone and they had no problem helping me. Im so disgusted and disappointed. I will call corporate and get my refund. I will never go to this location again!
