  DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE. I have an elderly client who they price gouged, took advantage of, and charged $70.00 to send a fax. I called the next day and spoke with manager Jaylen who offered zero remorse, who would not give me their regional managers information, and who actually justified not assisting the elderly. I plan to file a complaint with corporate for them not explaining other options to the client and taking advantage of our elderly. These are franchised branches and this one needs a clear lesson on how to assist elderly people instead of taking advantage of them!

  Unfortunately, my experience correlates directly with the service associate I dealt with Saturday, February 21,2026. Julia is unfriendly, rude, and robotic with customers. Perhaps a customer service skills refresh is in order.
