I was able to get my notary done at the appointed time that I requested online. Staff were very courteous and professional as well I also ship all my medium to large parcels out of this office as they're conveniently located down the street from me.

Terrible service by the manager. Turning away a return drop off QRCode authorized by shipper for 2 heavy items right before closing that I had to carry back and get different codes and make another trip. Absolutely unhelpful. He needs training on how customers are RETAINED and not chased away. How does this person get to be the manager?! You should train your people to be service oriented with a smile. Not rudeness
