There are always a bunch of people doing large transactions that take a lot of time and they only have one person working so it takes forever to get in and out. I much prefer going to UPS whenever I’m able.

The kid that was working was sharp and on top of it. When I got there, it was an afternoon rush and he took care of everyone in a timely fashion.

Employees are great but DO NOT go here for any printing services if you’re in a rush. It takes 15 mins to retrieve the print code. Happened both times I visited the location

Zero star. The blond woman is useless and selling things using scaring tactic by falsify Fedex Policy. Stay away.

The staff was very polite and professional. Amanda "built" a box for me and organized the items to be shipped very neatly. She assisted patiently as I considered my shipping options. Great experience!
