  WORST LUXURY EXPERIENCE EVER - DIOR TYSONS Bought a Lady Dior from the Dior boutique in Chicago during my cross-country trip. I didn't inspect the bag at all because I trusted Dior - that's why you buy from a boutique. Was in 2 minds about the color so thought I'd decide once I'm home. Came back and within the 30-day return window went to DIOR TYSONS to return. What happened next was humiliating. The lady at customer service inspected the bag like she was under a forensic lab with a microscopic lens, looking inside and outside with a magnifying lens like I was on a trial and she is looking for evidence. I never even looked at my own bag like that. Yes, we TRIED the bag at home with my stuff inside - that's what any normal person does to see if they want to KEEP a $7000+ bag. She flipped it and said "Sorry, you used it, I can see a mark inside and the wrap is off on the Dior charms. we can't take it back.” Are you serious? Your 30-day policy is a JOKE. You sell a bag to a customer who has barely tried it a couple of times at home, and then you reject the return because your intense forensic inspection found a microscopic mark inside? And the wrap on the charms was ALREADY OFF when I got it from Chicago! I tried contacting online customer service and they just hide behind "as per store check-up". No help at all. I trusted Dior and didn't check anything when I bought it, but Dior didn't trust me as a customer and did a microscopic investigation to keep MY MONEY. This is not luxury, this is arrogance. For the price you charge, you treat customers like they are begging you. Extremely rude, condescending staff at Tysons. I will never buy from Dior again and will make sure none of my family/friends do. There are 100 better brands who actually value their customers. *Save your money and self-respect - DO NOT SHOP AT DIOR TYSONS.*

  This location is well stocked, clean with beautiful pieces. Specifically, Ryma (pronounced ‘Reema’) is a fabulous, thoughtful, helpful, responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable sales associate. When you go, ask for Ryma.

  Great experience over the last 2 years building relationships with Dior location and Team/ Ryma who always came thru with pre ordered men selection to choose from as they got to know me and building a Dior personal fit and vibe.

  Every time I go to this store I feel so unwelcome that when I now go shopping I visit every store EXCEPT Dior. They either completely ignore me or they’ll ask what I’m looking for then ignore me after seeing I’m still browsing as opposed to coming in ready to make a large purchase.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Hamza! I had been searching everywhere for a specific Dior bag and contacted nearly every Dior boutique in California, but it was sold out everywhere. After coming across Hamza on Instagram, I decided to reach out. Although the bag wasn’t available at the time, Hamza took the time to let me know I could preorder it once it was restocked. Just a few days later, Hamza personally texted me to let me know the bag had arrived. I ordered it immediately, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I had upcoming travel plans and was hoping to receive the bag before my trip. Hamza made it happen and I received it the very next day! The packaging was absolutely perfect. The bag was wrapped with great care and protected with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure it arrived in flawless condition. It was obvious that Hamza genuinely cared about providing an outstanding customer experience. Excellent communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and truly above-and-beyond service. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days. Thank you so much, Hamza, for making this such an enjoyable and stress free experience. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend working with Hamza. This was, without a doubt, one of the best luxury shopping experiences I’ve ever had!
