  Stopped in for lunch last week. The lady behind the counter was very short with me and rude. There was no greeting. I ordered a sandwich off the menu board and then said to her "without lettuce. She replied "we'll get to that later" "bread?!". Nothing was explained and I felt like I was back on the Army going down the serving line in the chow hall. She didn't know what the other ingredients for the sandwich besides the meat. So I told her as we went along. That was okay. The chicken sandwich was good and the chicken was cooked properly. But her tone set the lunch for my wanting to just eat and go!

  Staff aren’t friendly and rude. Food was cold even though I asked to be heated.

  Employee Jo Jo service was beyond par, I loved the experience they provided, they were real people with personality’s! This place is a nice spot to grab dinner while out with friends

  By far the best quality control and customer service compared to Port Road, Carlton and Harmony Square subway locations. It's not even close. The current staff is polite and cares about customers.

  After working 10 hours at my normal job then coming home working a couple hours at home on my building me and my wife and son go to Subway in McGaheysville to get dinner the server by the name of Kenneth was completely rude not looking at people throwing stuff around greasy hair sticking out of his hat no hair net and I would not recommend going there ever again
