  I put in an online order today. Stopped by at the store while the order is processing and waited 40 minutes in the store. The elderly woman who works there made 4 sandwiches in the 40 minutes; not kidding. She kept ignoring the online order even though the machine was beeping and reminding her of the online order. When it was my turn and told her about the online order, she said she would finish in store orders and go to mine. She served 2 people came in after me. So, 40 minutes and 4 sandwiches later waiting in the store, she picked up my order and said that she didn’t know there was an online order, which is a clear lie, unless she has hearing issues. By this time, another guy with an online order arrived and was worried he wouldn’t get to his shift on time. Then, the clock struck 4 pm and a new lady came in, she was god sent. She made 2 of my footlongs in 5 minutes. You read that right. Her name is Chelsea. She was very nice and understanding of my situation. So, the horrible experience ended with meeting a nice woman who made 2 great tasting footlongs.

  Food was delicious. Definitely could use some cleaning though for both the tables and seats but service was nice.

  Maybe train your people to ask what the customers want instead of just throwing shredded cheese on there then copping an attitude when they're told that's not the cheese I wanted
