  Had a tracking number assigned for a package needing to get sent out and needed the label printed. No immediate access to a printer at home and have had shipping labels printed for me in the past at other locations. Apparently, they don't have any way to go through their own shipping system to find a pre-purchased tracking number to print its shipping label. However, they thought the most customer service driven solution was to charge 5 dollars to send them the PDF and have them print a piece of paper to then tape onto the package! The other option was to spend $2.50, plus the cost of printing one sheet of paper to do it myself at their kiosk. Insane that they're trying to nickel and dime after having a tracking number paid for! Turned around and left to print out a sheet of paper for 15 cents at the library. God forbid that they charge another 2 dollars for some packing tape.

  Never had a problem with this store. I usually go in for Amazon returns and its so convenient. Always quick in and out. Since its in a popular location, it does tend to get busier sometimes but staffs manage it well. Everyone here is super nice.
