  Don’t believe the automated phone system. Their notary services end MUCH earlier than what their automated phone service states. 0/10 do not recommend this UPS Store.

  It's always a pleasant stop to make to drop off my Amazon returns. The associates there are nice I like that I can chit-chat as I order gets complete. Keep up the smell good too 😊🙋🏾‍♀️ cause it smells nice.

  I recently visited this UPS store and the service provided by Ernie was outstanding. I had a little bit of an unusual request of mailing a 60 pound frozen specimen from Virginia to Alabama for taxidermy. Not only was Ernie able to help find me appropriate sized box for the extremely large package, but then he assisted with packing it with installation, ice packs, and helping me lift and place into the box. He was extremely informative and helpful and made quick work of packing up the box for me. He pushed the 60 pound box all the way into the back and then let me know that because of the boxes he had used special, heavy duty tape. It’s a little details that made this experience so fantastic for me. Never once have I ever felt inclined to write a review for a UPS however, Ernie is absolutely deserving of this 5 star review!
