  I paid for High Priority Overnight delivery and shipped my package on Monday, expecting it to be delivered the next business day as promised. This package was extremely important and time-sensitive, with a significant impact on my business. Instead of delivering it as promised, I was contacted and asked for unnecessary information, which caused an avoidable delay. I immediately provided everything they requested and called customer service three separate times to ensure there would be no further issues. Despite my prompt response and repeated follow-ups, my package was still delayed. This delay caused serious disruption to my business, resulting in missed commitments, lost time, and unnecessary stress. It is unacceptable to charge customers a premium for High Priority Overnight service and then fail to deliver because of last-minute requests and poor handling. This has been the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I paid for a guaranteed premium service and received the exact opposite. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honor the service I paid for. I will think twice before ever using this service again, and I would strongly advise anyone with time-sensitive shipments to consider another carrier.

  Don’t believe the automated phone system. Their notary services end MUCH earlier than what their automated phone service states. 0/10 do not recommend this UPS Store.

  It's always a pleasant stop to make to drop off my Amazon returns. The associates there are nice I like that I can chit-chat as I order gets complete. Keep up the smell good too 😊🙋🏾‍♀️ cause it smells nice.
