  I stopped by today to drop off a package. I was greeted by a new employee, Ollie. It said training on his name tag. He was wonderful! I left smiling because of how kindly I was treated. Thank you for the great customer service Ollie! I feel valued as a customer.

  Okay, I don't usually leave reviews, but this UPS Store earned it. Walked in stressed about shipping something fragile, walked out feeling like I'd just gotten a masterclass in "how to pack a box properly." The manager basically became my shipping fairy godparent picked out the perfect box, wrapped everything like it was a Fabergé egg, and explained the pricing so clearly I actually understood what I was paying for (a first, honestly). Store was busy, but somehow it never felt rushed just smooth, efficient, no-nonsense service with a side of genuine kindness. Clean space, no hidden fees, no attitude. It's rare to find a place where the person in charge actually seems to enjoy their job, but that's exactly what you get here. Consider me a regular now. 📦✨

  Great experience at this UPS Store! The manager was fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about giving customers good service. They personally helped me pick the right box size and packing materials so my item arrived safely without overpaying on shipping, and took the time to answer all my questions about rates and delivery timeframes. Even though the store was fairly busy, the whole process took just a few minutes thanks to how well they run things. The location was clean and organized, and checkout was quick with no surprise fees. I'll definitely be coming back for my future shipping and printing needs highly recommend if you want fast, reliable service with a manager who actually knows what they're doing!

  If you’re looking for an outstanding UPS Store, this is it!! The owner, Bibek and his team are absolutely amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and there to fulfill every customer’s needs! Definitely a 5 Star!!
