  Placed an order online for pickup. First time going to this location. Go in and am told they “don’t have it in the system”. Pull up both my confirmed order in the app as well as the transaction on my debit card, and they say they will not make it because “this has happened many times before”. Refuse to make the order, but still happy to take my money out of my account. Filing a dispute right now. If “this happens many times before before”, it might be time to figure out why it keeps happening. Best part is they tell me to call customer service! Gave me a number that doesn’t work, so I go to look up a number online, and guess what? There isn’t a number for customer service, just a terrible AI chatbot that takes down my personal information and says to “keep an eye on your email!”. Never had a problem at any subway before, so I’m guessing there’s something specifically going wrong at this location
