  I am in total awe of Elena, the manager at the FedEx Office in Manassas! I visit this location frequently to copy and print large volumes of legal documents, and Elena and her team consistently go above and beyond to help me. Most recently, I dropped off an extensive Motion to Reconsider package with numerous exhibits. Elena stayed late to ensure everything was completed properly. She even called to confirm that my instructions had been followed and thoughtfully prepared me for the cost so I would not experience “sticker shock” when I arrived. That level of care, communication, and professionalism is truly exceptional. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes it so much easier for me to think clearly and manage stressful legal projects. Elena’s team is consistently patient, kind, and incredibly helpful—a reflection of her outstanding leadership. I plan to contact 1-800-GO-FEDEX again because corporate should know how amazing Elena is and how much care and pride she puts into serving her customers, supporting her team, and maintaining the store. I love seeing people take genuine pride in their work because it shows in every detail. Elena is a tremendous asset to FedEx! THANK U!!!

  Honestly each time I've been here they've been amazing. Today July 16, the lady was amazing with helping me ship my collection of books that I'm donating. She was very kind and very helpful. She even was super sweet to my daughter and it made her day. As long as I'm in the area this is my go to FedEx office.
