  Called twice for a simple yes/no question. Left on hold over 5 minutes both times. Called AutoZone and they were able to assist promptly, we are going there.

  Great customer service from Stacy the manager she was very helpful. She resolved an issue from the Mathis store that apparently they couldn't. She went above and beyond to help me even though it wasn't her issue to resolve. I recommend coming to this one if you had to choose between the Mathis and Sudley store.

  This location has TERRIBLE customer service. The Warrenton store with excellent service did not have a car battery in stock but said the store in Sudley rd had one in stock. My husband and I drove to manassas, 30 min away and at store had poor service but finally purchased a battery with clueless employees. Then took it to our mechanic on other side of manassas 20 min away to then find out the battery THIS store sold us was COMPLETELY DEAD!!!! We took it to the Autozone on 28 to return and they confirmed we had just been sold a Dead battery. NOW we have to deal with this crap all over again, our mechanic is closed for the day and will have to waste our precious day time gas and $$ because of unethical and crap employees selling a bad product. Super disappointing

  Can’t say enough about Ivan at Advanced Auto Parts took his time and was very knowledgeable and helpful I know because of his customer service I will recommend him to all my family and friends
