  I ordered the part online to be delivered. On my screen it was specified as the Madison Heights store. Turns out that the part I ordered to be delivered by 4:30p did not come from Madison Heights. Instead it came from Lynchburg and is now not arriving until 6pm. Total screw up on YOUR end because that is not where I was ordering the part from. YOU SUCK!

  My friend and I were attempting to head back to our home when the rain started POURING ... her windshield wiper motor needed to be replaced and there wasn't anything to be done at 630 in the evening... I suggested the next best enhancement/aide....... the Glorious Rain-X . We went in TSC , they didn't have it. So we went here instead... They were doing a BoGo deal.... It helped us make it safely home. They also have awesome (though high $) stickers and hot wheels. 🤗

  I’ve always had a great experience at this location. Enzo helped me out today, got everything I needed and was professional, friendly, and overall just super chill. Always coming here for anything I need since ownership clearly values competent and professional employees. Tamra is awesome too!

  I shopped Advance Auto for years, the store in Madison Heights has given me the wrong part 3x in the last 2 month when I went separate times to pick up my order. I live 30 minutes away, which means an hour each time to exchange parts. The first time I went back to the store to replace an oil pump. The 2nd time roughly a week later ordered multiple cans of fuel system cleaner and they gave me cans of carb cleaner instead. Called multiple times and spoke to several reps who insisted they would give the manager to give me a call, nothing happened, I just kept it because of not getting back up there anytime soon. The next time was yesterday, ordered a 4 pole starter solenoid for my mower and a few other parts, well I get home and it was a 3 pole starter. I called the store and they said I would have to come in to exchange and they couldn't offer anything except for an apology. All the store reps need to do is check the part # during checkout, takes no more than 30 seconds to 2 minutes to read a few part numbers to make sure it is correct. My wife picks up a lot of my items and has no idea what she is suppose to be getting so she assumes it is correct, then when she gets home and it is wrong it does not make for a very good day. I love shopping Advance for the speed perks and deals but wasting an hour each time and gas isn't cheap. I know mistakes happen but 3x in a over a month is a little ridiculous.
