  Today I visited the UPS store to do some regular business and was greeted with the most warming smile I have seen in many months. It was truly an honor to see miss Alicia in the store. She always is very professional and welcoming. Thank you and God bless :)

  The store is so convenient. This is a great location and there are other stores nearby and some restaurants too. It was easy to drop off an Amazon return here.

  Ive been going to this location for years because of the friendly service and convenient weekend hours, and have been quite happy. Until today, May 30 at 2:00pm. The lady at the register was SO rude! I had an amazon return and did not want to use the self service kiosk so I patiently waited in line. When it was my turn and I put out my items on the counter amd said it was an amazon return, she looked at me amd said I could use the kiosk. I said no thank you, I don't like using the self service machine. Her faced screwed up tight and she asked why, in the nastiest tone. I said, because I don't. I thought, Why do I need to explain myself? I get they have it for convenience, but I dont understand why a worker would get an attitude and be rude if someone doesnt want to use it. You are getring paid to work, right? Then after that, everything she said had a bad attitude. Like why? I'm still a customer, I said nothing rude to her and she had to make the experience there awful. If youre the manager, please teach the workers that it is ok if someone chooses not to use the self service kiosk, it isnt a reason to treat customers badly and bite off their heads! I'm hoping she doesn't damage my items and I dont get my refund.

  Why do businesses have to charge crazy prices to naive customers to be profitable? Is this a customer friendly strategy that encourages repeat business? Case in point NO it isn't. My visit today. Just had to return some equipment to my internet service provider. Shipping is paid for. Silly me I decided to have the UPS store pack it in a box for me. $10 later it's packed and ready to go. I was charged $5 for a 10 inch box that would have cost 89 cents at Walmart. Then more money for packing materials. I understand you have to make some money on the materials and then pay the employee for the 5 minutes it takes to pack and prepare the package. I get it. But the 10 dollar price point reaches into the territory of absurd. It makes me say wow I'll never go back there again. Charge me 5 or even 6 dollars. I probably wouldn't have thought twice about it. But 10? Come on. And believe me this is about the principle, not the money. Treat people fairly, not like rubes.

  Juliet was a fantastic help UPS Store did much more than what my bank could even do all the services combined fantastic mailing and envelope was a little expensive but the rest of it was fantastic they also notarized and there was no line everything was good about my visit I'll definitely be back
