  I have had a mailbox at this store for 2 years now and I travel for work all the time so I'm rarely around to pick up mail. Every time I've needed to have mail forwarded to wherever I am, it's been an easy phone call to the store and excellent customer service to get my mail sent to me wherever I am. They make sure I am aware of all charges and if I'm in a remote part of the country, they'll walk me through the best rate for the speed of service I want. I truly appreciate the time and service this store provides. They all have great attitudes and have always been friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Truly appreciate this UPS branch and the employees who run it!

  If I could give ZERO stars for my last experience I would, I even wrote the so called owner via email with my valid complaint and didn't post publicly like I'm doing now due to no available response on my claim. I tried to trust within the associate there to handle my concerns and return properly but I was shunned and told that my cancelation request was processed. When I checked my mobile inbox I noticed that it's wasn't completed like the associate assured me it would. She was acute rude and pushy instead of treating me as a appreciated customer as I witnessed she did with others. I don't understand the moto of businesses in our country in these present times where we can't trust the motive, work and integrity of employees. This is highly unacceptable and unexpected from a company with the stature of ups and how we should see them.

  WOW what service!!! Alecia was VERY helpful, went out of her way, and is making sure my package makes it to my dad ASAP! She’s the sweetest and the best!
