  The Subway on Mermorial Avenue in Lynchburg, VA is amazing. The two young ladies that work on Every Sunday are Second to None. Their customer service, professionalism, politeness, knowledge and energy is worth noting. They greet every single customer with fired-up energy. Thank you, RP

  Placed a mobile order inside while the restaurant was empty. The workers weren’t actively doing anything or working on other orders. After I placed it a man walked in that they clearly were friends with, primarily the older lady named Alexis. Suddenly she was smiling and they were catching up like besties and they started his LARGE order instead of completing mine. When I asked for the halves to be wrapped separate she acted like I did something horrible. The man was polite, the young girl didn’t act like she wanted to work and rolled her eyes. After wait 45 min, they completed the order and handed me my bag I could hear the two ladies openly complaining about me though I remain polite through the entire visit. Opened my bag and the young girl had taken the time to crumple all the napkins into Balls individually. Can’t believe I left a tip. Pic to show the napkins.

  Dear Subway, I’ll be honest with you, it’s not often I make my way through your doors, If I want to eat fresh, I typically eat something from my ranch, but the rumors were going around that you have a certain something that I might be interested in, So I made my way by your dining establishment and walked right up to the sandwich artist and I asked for some steak After some back and forth I ended up with a bowl of the beef Chewed a little, thought a little, and might’ve even shed a tear Anyways Here’s the deal Does your beef appear to come from an actual animal? Who’s to say really, But the seasoning sure makes a convincing argument that it can blend right into the ecosystem that is a submarine sandwich Would I say your steak has what it takes? I would say in the hands of a sandwich artist, almost anything is possible (Here’s 5 stars for the experience)

  On Tuesday June 30 approximately 7pm my sister and I stopped by Subway on Memorial Ave. There were 3 people working. I observed one worker come from the back of the store grab a set of disposable gloves walked up to cash register laid the gloves down opened up the register pulled all the money out and began counting it afterwards she put the money away picked those same gloves she had previously laid down put them on her hands and walked over and asked my I help you? I said yes but first please wash your hands and get some new gloves Jennifer said “don’t talk to me like that and don’t tell me what do. I said I shouldn’t have to tell you to wash your hands after handling dirty money Jennifer then refuse to serve me at first I said I am not going anywhere but then I thought it there are plenty more Subways around trying to get the same bread. We went to the one across from McDonalds on Old Forest Rd my sandwich was delicious my favorite Subways stores are Wardsroad, Timberlake near Kroger and OFR. I do want to say day shift and Management on Memorial Ave ROCK this Team is the BEST. Jennifer need more customer service skills Hygiene is a Must in this day and time Wash you hands before putting on your gloves wash your hands wash your hands
