  I get so much anxiety when I see FedEx is making a delivery. Why is this company so unreliable for expected delivery times? Just… why?

  I brought in a hazardous package (with dry ice) without knowing it could not be shipped in an externally stamped box (re-used). The staff helped me re-package everything and made everything extremely easy and hassle free. Greatly appreciated!

  Disaster of a company. Missed my shipment and they won't let me pick it up (even with ID), they can't redeliver until tomorrow, and I can't schedule a delivery. I have a Nest doorbell to avoid this exact situation, but he didn't even ring it. Just left a slip and ran. Customer service literally told me to sit home all day 8am-9pm so I wouldn't miss it tomorrow. Stop outsourcing to people that don't have basic common sense and can't fix problems.
