  I called Fed Ex to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered. I spoke with 2 managers in 2 separate calls that said they would call me back to let me know what time I could pick up the package. It had over $3,000 worth of medication and it needs to stay cold so I needed to get it today. Both times I was told I could go and get it and they would call me back when they could. Both of them lied. No one ever called me back and they let my very important and expensive package just sit when I was ready and willing to pick it up. They just say what you want to hear to get you off of the phone. They don't take your concern seriously. It's awful to be treated this way!

  The attempted delivery for signature required. Unfortunately, I was unable and unavailable. I went to this office the same day and requested to pick it up. They told me they couldn’t because it was still on the truck and they would try again the next day. I waited for THREE days and missed appointments waiting for it. I went in again today and was told they tried three times. I called them out on there bs as I have a ring camera and had been waiting. Apparently the drivers claim it was a business once and unavailable twice. Very dishonest operation they are running here. Never giving them any future business. They hide behind ai chat and ai phone tree, making it impossible to get ahold of anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could. Congrats UPS has my family’s business moving forward.

  No one there accept us , middle of the day. Guy was cleaning the counter and didn’t speak initially but process was very quick.
