  I have LOVED this FedEx location… have been going to them for the last two years for special printing projects. Jodi has been amazing to work with! ❤️ But the last two weeks, I have come in multiple times to get a single project printed, and had three different men all claiming to be the store manager make a hissing noise and wince and say they have “too many online orders to do anything in store”. Multiple times over multiple weeks, no matter the time of the day- whether it’s as soon as they open, or at the end of the day before closing, or in the middle of the day. All of them simply direct me to use the self-service printer with regular paper… (Which I cannot use for this project). They tell me that they cannot complete my order in store and I would have to put in online only and they would get to it in the next several days. The previous employees over the course the last two years would always be able to use the secondary computer to fire off a quick order for in-store walk ups while the other computer was doing online orders. Now they won’t even entertain the option. This last time I was flat out told “We cannot help you if you’re not ordering online.” I miss the old staff that cared enough to handle in-store orders.

  I frequent this location for several printing needs and leave feeling so happy every time. The prices are great and the staff is incredible, especially Jody. She is so kind and helpful every time I come in. Thank you so much to this location for having exceptional customer service! I feel really cared about as a customer and as a person.

  I had a complicated Amazon return (Amazon's site wasn't cooperating). Lindsey was so patient & kind & worked on my order until we got it to go through. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a bother in any way. I truly appreciated her help! Give this good employee a raise!
